| Job Title: | Elementary Teacher |
| Job Duties: | Teaches elementary is a classroom utilizing course of study adopted by Eucon International School. Develops lesson plans and instructional materials group instruction in order to adopt the curriculum to the need of each student. Translates lesson plans into learning experiences. Establishes and maintains standards of students behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom. Evaluates students academic social and spiritual growth. Keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports. Communicates with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students progress and interpret school program. Identifies students needs and cooperates with other professional staff members assessing and helping students solve health, attitude and learning problems. Maintains professional competence through in service education activities provided by professional growth activities. Participates cooperatively with the appropriate administrator to develop the method of which the teacher will be evaluated in conformance with guidelines and maintains required inventory records. Supervises students in out-classroom activities during the social day. Participation in curriculum developments program are required. Participates faculty committees church functions and the sponsorship of students activities. Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as necessary in the ministry. |

| Qualification Requirements: | The candidate must possesses a Bachelor's degree preferably in education or related field. Must have at least 24 months experience teaching preferably in a Christian School. Must be a computer literate, honest, reliable, dependable, team worker, can work with less or without supervision, can work under pressure, dedicated to his/her profession, works with compassion especially towards children, with teachable spirit, and willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the company. He/she must be the same faith to carry out the mission and vision of the petitioner. |
