Job Title: Stock Clerks and Order Fillers
Job Duties: *Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. *Keep records and compile stock reports. *Make monthly reports of inventory and track ordered and incoming packages. *Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment. *Calculate costs of goods and services. *Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouse, or storage. *Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. *Examine and inspect items or defects, reporting any damage to immediate superior. *Receive and count stock items, and record data. *Mark stock items, using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. *Maintain inventory, damage, and loss report of linens. *Manage inventory and reorder supplies. *Follow other duties assigned from time to time. *Helps laundry workers, if necessary.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: *Must have at least 1 year of experience in a related position. *Ideally with knowledge in hotel linens and laundry equipment or related. *Work certification and high school diploma are required. *Proficient in Microsoft Office especially excel. *Can work with less supervision.*Willing to work on flexible hours and on weekends and even holidays.
