Job Duties: Manages operations activities of establishment. Continuously provides employees with verbal recognition, direction, and support. Communicates with employees to keep them informed of restaurant, regional and corporation procedures. Communicates with managers to evaluate work procedures, review stands, identify methods for increasing efficiency or effectiveness, and respond pro-actively to any needs that have risen. Prepares annual budget and business plan expenses. Then, monitors actual sales and revenues to determine variance and assess goal accomplishments. Observes employees' while they work to ensure adherence to policy and positive guest experience. Balances staffing levels and labor cost-effective plan for running restaurant. Monitors and controls food, labor, and liquor costs using established methods to meet goals. Other related duties in same occupational category as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: College graduate, 7 years supervisory and hospitality industry experience and also as a leader in high volume casual dining F & B operations Management. Should be able perform staff selection and training, meeting sales targets, cost and inventory control, aware and follow corporate specs, menu execution, P & L accountability. Sales and Marketing experience a definite plus. Catering/special event experience a must. Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills. Computer literate.
