| Job Duties: | Maintain private household or commercial establishments in clean and orderly manner; Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, stairways and other work areas so that health standards are met; Clean restrooms, sanitize, replenish supplies such as bathroom supplies, empty wastebaskets and transport trash and wastes to disposal areas; Dust and polish counters, furnitures and equipment; Sweep, scrub, wax or polish floor using brooms, mops or powered scrubbing and waxing machine; Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies using vacuum cleaners; Wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary; Hang draperies and dust window blinds; Keep storage areas clean and tidy; Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses; Change bed linens; Wash dishes and clean kitchen, counters, cooking utensils and silverwares; Sort clothing and other articles, loading washing machines and iron and fold dried items; Observe precautions by reporting hazards to house owners for immediate repair/fixing for safety; Do other related duties. |

| Comments: | This opportunity is TEMPORARY, FULL-TIME position. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the worker while travelling from employee's origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
