| Job Duties: | The positions that the position will be supervising are: (2) General Helper (1) General Maintenance Worker Duties: Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties. |
