Job Title: Reservation Agent
Job Duties: Interact with hotel guests and ensure they have a great experience when staying at the hotel. Responsible for responding to guest calls or inquiries about room reservations. Provide information and reserve rooms that meet the guest expectations. Is well versed in promotions, events, pricing, and sales strategy to meet the guest's request. Familiar with locations and types of available rooms, as well as the activities and services of the hotel. May perform cashiering tasks like bill/invoice settlement, posting charges to the guest, pay-outs, foreign currency exchange etc.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Have at least one year of work related experience. Able to demonstrate specific skills: 1. Active Listening-Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times. 2. Service Orientation-Actively looking for ways to help people. 3. Speaking-Talking to others to convey information effectively. 4. Social Perceptiveness- Being Aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. 5. Reading Comprehension-Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, night, weekend and holidays

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing October 01, 2021, to September 30, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
