Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Duties: Supervise work activities of room attendant, houseman, laundry attendant and public area attendant to ensure clean, orderly, attractive rooms and sanitary facilities in the hotel. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment ad take corrective action. May purchase housekeeping supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend dismissals. Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms, lobbies and all public facilities, in a clean and orderly manner. Duty may include making beds, replenishing linens, with the use of carpet cleaning restrooms and hallways, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, washing and drying of linens with use of carpet cleaning equipment, floor polishers, floor washing machine, laundry washers and specified cleaning chemicals. Responsible for ensuring optimal satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they depart, by assisting with supervision. Ensure the prompt return of clean rooms to reception for resale to incoming guest. Inspect guest rooms, guest areas and employee areas and assess compliance with all any observed deviations and trends to established standards. Runs housekeeping shifts whenever necessary. Supervise and adhere to company's lost and found procedure. Supervise the accurate data entry of Housekeeping of Operate Opera and Micros material control. Responsible to prepare incident report and recommend corrective action. Monitor subordinates to adhere to company telephone etiquette. Provide ongoing coaching, training and supervision of new and existing housekeeping attendants. Responsible to prepare weekly work schedule and to communicate on a timely manner to department director and/or subordinates.

Qualification Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Have at least one year of work related experience. 1. Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing October 01, 2021, to September 30, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
