| Job Duties: | 1. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. 2. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, and keeping track of old and new items in inventory. 3. Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature by regulation of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. 4. Season and cook food according to recipes of the restaurant menu. 5. Stir and turn foods to ensure even cooking. 6. Other related duties as assigned. |
