| Job Duties: | Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink to patrons of bars and restaurants following the standard recipes. Mixes ingredients such as liquors,soda,water,sugar,salts and bitters. Will prepare cocktail and other kinds of drinks. Take beverage orders from servingf staff or directly from patron. Serve snacks or food items to customers. Orders requisition of liquor,other ingredients and supplies. May demonstrate the proper way of mixing and garnishing drinks. Check identifications of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Will perform other related duties as required and assigned. |
