Job Title: Parts Receiving Clerk
Job Duties: Receive and fill telephone orders for the auto parts. Mark, price and store auto parts in stockroom according to prearranged systems. Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment. Examines incoming shipments of auto parts, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Maintain the physical inventory by keeping stock 1) in the proper location 2) in the sale-able condition, and 3) free of safety hazards. Assists in other areas of the Parts Department, as needed. Pay taxes and does other related duties as assigned from time to time

Qualification Requirements: PREVIOUS WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE AS A PARTS RECEIVING CLERK. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED REQUIRED. MUST HAVE BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS (MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MICROSOFT WORD AND MICROSOFT EXCEL). MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH DUTIES, WORK SCHEDULE AND BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY. MUST HAVE BASIC AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30-50 LBS. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER (OVER THE PHONE, EMAIL AND IN PERSON). APPLICANTS MUST PASS SKILLED TEST DURING APPLICATION PROCESS. (TOTAL PASSING SCORE OF 89%) THE SKILL TESTING AND COMPREHENSION EXAM ARE REQUIRED EQUALLY OF BOTH US AND FOREIGN WORKERS. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DURING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS WHEN NEEDED.

Comments: The place of employment will be at Oleai, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised. • Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA • The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employee benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and 401 (K) subject to each company’s conditions • The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
