| Job Duties: | Prepares all menu items for the restaurant which include cooking, seasoning and arranging food in a well presented manner for consumption by customers. Prepares food using a variety of kitchen equipment including grills, ovens, fryers, meat slicers, food processors, etc. Maintains a clean and efficient running kitchen including adhering to government health regulations. Collaborates with Restaurant Manager to determine daily specials, new menu items, and innovative ways to cook and prepare food. Regularly checks menu cycle to ensure all food items are available in advance, notifying manager of any shortages. Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. |
