| Job Title: | Network Technician Analyst |
| Job Duties: | Responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting local area networks (LANS), wide area networks (WANS), Internet systems, and components of network systems. Diagnose issues relating to software, hardware, IT systems, and network, and troubleshoot them and replace faulty components when needed. Manage and maintain computer networks, hardward, software, and all configurations. Keep an eye on the performance of networks and systems, and to aligh network use and access, they work on master consoles. Interact with users of the network to come up with a roadmap to fix the existing problems of the systems. Suggest changes to enhance network configurations and systems, and decide on the hardware or software needs to carry out relevant changes. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies by attending roadshows or reading about them and also learn them to know how they can be deployed within their organizations or at the premises of the clients/customers. Responsible of devising, configuring, and testing hardware, the software of operating systems and networking. Evaluate the functioning of equipment to decide if they have to be replaced or patched up. Conceive, organize, and deploy security measures for the network to safeguard software, hardware, and data. Monitor the performance of the network to decide whether modifications are necessary and to ascertain the places where they have to be carried out in the future. Configure, administer, and maintain antivirus software or email applications. Analysts research clients data requirement and use the evidence to detect, calculate, deduce, and maintenance and repairs. They conduct network commencement and closing processes. Oversees networks to make sure that they are available to all the authorized users. Perform the required maintenance to ensure that the network is available, safe, and secure at all times. Monitor and test the performance of any organizational website to ensure that is functioning correctly. Regular task of analyst are aiding the network analysis, modeling, planning, and proper coordination between hardware and software of network and data communication. Define security measures for the network. Provide desktop telephony support to remote users and train IT team on new technologies, manage technology devices, applications, and network servers. Secure the network by accessing controls, firewalls, and backups. Keep an inventory of parts for repairing on an urgent basis. Act as intermediate between vendors and different teams in their organizations to help in the purchase of software, hardware and other related equipment for computer environments. Ensure that all workstations, servers, and other network appliances have proper network connectivity. Must comply with change management processes. Train people on how to use computer systems properly. Keep providing members of all departments latest technological information through phones, email. Perform other related duties to support inter-hotel technical assistance. Duties is required to perform at Micronesia Resort Inc. Sister Hotel Operation on a flexibility work week schedule twice weekly and responsible to commute to/from sister companies on as need basis worksite address: Pacific Islands Club-Koblerville and Coral Ocean Golf Resort-San Antonio. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing February 01, 2022 to January 31, 2023. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
