| Job Duties: | Operate crane, mechanical boom and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, or products in many directions. Determine load weights and check them against lifting capacities to prevent overload. Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms or lifting accessories to prevent malfunctions or damage. Inspect cables or grappling devices for wear and install or replace cables, as needed. Involved in specialized heavy transport operations to move oversize and overweight construction materials and equipment. *Special wage rate: Work to be performed on DPRI-funded projects will be paid no less than the indicated wage rate, but may be paid more where special Davis-Bacon Act rates apply. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 2 years experience as Crane Operator. Must have current NCCCO certification or equivalent. Applicants with expired certificates or equivalencies must be able to pass refresher course and required examinations. Off-island hires must completed a health screening prior to working on Guam. Successful applicant must be able to obtain military base access. |
