| Job Duties: | Receives general guidance from the General Manager/President and performs management and complex accounting details with a high level of independence and professional discretion in maintaining accountability for all accounting needs of Kalayaan , Inc. Job Details: a) Oversee, plan, organize, and control accounting and operational functions of Kalayaan Inc. Accounting Department using GAAp, GAAS, and company financial and accounting practices. b) Perform strategic financial planning, and supervise accounting staff in annual budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, customer accounting, continuing property records, inventory, accounts receivable, cash management, cost analysis, billing, and general ledger using Quick Books or Peach Tree and ensure timely reporting to Kalayaan, Inc.'s President |
