| Job Duties: | Prepares and cooks food for construction related crew according to menus, mainly Filipino and American style dishes/cuisine. Cleans, cuts and cooks meat, seafood, poultry, fruits and vegetables. Washes pots, pans, dishes, utensils and other cooking equipment. Cleans cooking area to ensure sanitation and cleanliness. Budgets, inventories and requisitions food. Ingredients and supplies needed. (Shift work: Monday to Saturdays 1:00am to 5:00 am and 3:00pm to 5:00pm; Sunday: 5:00am to 9:00am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm) *Special wage rate: Work to be performed on DPRI-funded projects will be paid no less than the indicated wage rate but may be paid more where special Davis-Bacon Act rates apply. |
