| Job Duties: | • Maintain a clean job site and shake out material to the field • Bolt up clamps for solar panels • Hoist torque tubes into position and align/secure torque tubes • Set/install solar modules • Tighten of bolts to the proper torque specifications • Receive/stock materials and maintain accurate inventory • Quality control for the scope of work • Maintain tools used for installation in proper working condition • Follow safety policies and procedures • General clean-up of materials and debris |

| Qualification Requirements: | Requirements: • Experience with construction projects preferred • Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used on solar construction projects • Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing 50 pounds • Ability to squat, crawl and work in awkward positions • Unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth and color perception • Proven commitment to safety and teamwork • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule • Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency • Must have reliable transportation to the job site • Age 18+ • Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Overtime work hours may be available, but not guaranteed. In case the worker performs overtime, the wage will be paid in overtime rate indicated above. On-the-job training may be provided to the worker if necessary. Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment as will be the return transportation and subsistence at the compulsion of the job opportunity as required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(1).
