| Job Title: | Irrigation Technician Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety. Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements. Direct activities of workers who perform duties such as installation of irrigation pipes, wiring and valves, maintenance of irrigation system, watering of plants and other areas of golf course and hotel landscaping. Schedule work for staff, depending on work priorities, crew or equipment availability, or weather conditions. Provide irrigation system recommendations to fit the needs of the golf course and hotel landscaping. Troubleshoot any problems that may arise with system, order and install parts. Understand plants being watered to best determine water rates, design and read blue prints in order to lay out or locate irrigation valves and wiring. Understand and implement computerized irrigation systems including remote monitoring/control systems. Other related duties as assigned. |

| Comments: | THREE-FOURTHS GURANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place where the worker originally departed to work, except, where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
