Job Title: Computer Network Support Specialist
Job Duties: Provide technical support to all users within the organization including computer maintenance and troubleshooting user problems in an effective, efficient manner Provides customer support by trouble shooting any problems and/or concerns and is responsible for performing all computer maintenance. Maintains a complete inventory of all computer equipment and peripherals. Responsible for complete configurations of user computers including upgrades for both software and hardware. Administers the user and LAN accounts allowing access to local area network. Provides support for Production software issues acting as software help desk for users. Any other reasonable request made by management. CCTV Camera installation and management Network cabling and setup
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting Strong understanding on Network and Server configuration and management Able to successfully multitask and prioritize service issues Experience with remote management of client computers and servers Take ownership and be accountable for solving service support tickets Excellent written and verbal communication with team members and partners Willingness and commitment to learn new things and grow new skill sets High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Work experienced as Technical Support for at least 2 years.
