| Job Duties: | Create dance routines that work with the music and lyrics of a production or performance. Read through a script and interprets each song, creating dance sequences to match the song and interpret a story through dance. Direct rehearsals to instruct dancers in how to use dance steps, dances, and in techniques to achieve desired effects. Experiments with different types of dancers, dances, and placements, testing ideas formally to get feedback from dancers. Direct and stage dance presentations for various forms of entertainment. |
