| Job Duties: | Direct and coordinate activities of a gasoline service stations and convenience stores located at different places in Saipan; direct and coordinate businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products and services. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific rules. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train employees. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members and organization officials on island and in Korea/abroad. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data using current technology, available softwares and programs appropriate for the business. Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency and profitability. Determine goods and services to be sold, set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand; representing management in purchase negotiations and all business transactions. Familiar with the government implemented rules and regulations pertaining to various safety measures in the workplace. Familiar with all licenses and permits necessary to conduct business in the CNMI. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have the knowledge and experience in performing all the duties and responsibilities of Operation Manager, as stated above. Must be highly efficient and higly familiar with computer softwares/programs that can be useful to the business. Must be well experience, can adapt to flexible schedule of work, always ready, hardworking and always determine to get excellent result. For the purpose of conferring, reporting, discussing matters of importance to the board members and organization officials it is that applicant has the ability to speak and understand Korean language preferred . Knowledge also of speaking other languages is a plus, though not necessary. |
