Job Duties: | Review menus and analyze recipes to determine labor and overhead costs and assign prices to menu items. 2. Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate employee performance in dining and lodging facilities. 3. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. 4. Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety. 5. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. 6. Order and purchase equipment and supplies. 7. Schedule use of facilities or catering services for events such as banquets or receptions and negotiate details of arrangements with clients. 8. Take dining reservations. 9. Plan menus and food utilization, based on anticipated number of guests, nutritional value, palatability, popularity, and costs. 10. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. 11. Responsible for marketing using the Facebook and Instagram |

Comments: | Place of Employment is at the Namdaemoon Restaurant in Garapan, Saipan. (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) Workdays are Monday to Sunday from 12:00 Pm to 8 PM (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
