| Job Duties: | Receives, stores, and distributes products of parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies. Care and controls of Inventories (Inbound/Outbound), Proper documentation, count accuracy, and stock rotation (FIFO) Safeguard of Company assets under Warehouse (Trucks/Buildings, Furnitures, Equipments, etc.) Load Check-out/Check-in inspections for all the vehicles coming in/out from the warehouse at all times. Timely, accurate, safe, and efficient load order preparation. Proper and safe stacking and rotating of stocks. Assists in warehouse operations unloading/loading/cleaning), when required. Proper dress up during work and discipline and order at workplace. Implementation of proper stock rotation in preparing load orders. Assist in the physical unloading of cargoes from container and loading of stocks to container. Reads customer order, load-sheets, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Sorts and places all products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated rooms. Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys to loading of the trucks. Follows FIFO procedures; merchandises and stocks shelves. Other duties that may be assigned by Superiors. |
