Job Title: | Bicycle Sales Advisor |
Job Duties: | Develop relationships with customers and provide assistance in choosing the perfect bicycle and gear. Inspire customers to ride more and involve them in the Full Cycle community. Be aware of upcoming events and promote them to customers. Interact with customers and provide them exemplary customer service; educate customers about bicycles, bicycle accessories and clothing, and any other cycling-related products offered. Perform bicycle fittings for all makes and models. Assist in daily operations of the store, including restocking, cleaning, organizing and merchandising. Perform other tasks assigned by your Store Manager. |

Qualification Requirements: | 12 months experience as a Bicycle Sales Advisor or related job. Have strong product knowledge, and continually work to improve this product knowledge. Can describe product uses, benefits, and limitations in basic as well as in-depth terms, depending on the level of knowledge the customer seeks. Learns about new product without being asked. Uses slow times on the sales floor to perform work-related tasks. Takes initiative to improve the shop environment. Creatively works to improve the shop and increase sales by merchandising, creating and improving displays, keeping signage current, initiating and completing projects to improve the customer experience. Completes the duties of the position in a timely manner (including: being punctual, setting up the shop prior to opening, cleaning and re-stocking as needed during the day and at closing, performing closing duties). |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
