| Job Duties: | Performs building inspections and repair damaged machine and equipment. Inspect and make repairs, when necessary, to any damages or malfunctions in the building. Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas. Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete. Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments, using hand or power tools. Examine and test machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects to ensure proper functioning. Also, hold or supply tools, parts, equipment, and supplies for other workers. Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work and start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems. Inspect or test damaged machine parts, and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs. Lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures. Lastly, install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. |

| Comments: | The Job Opportunity is temporary full time position. THREE-FOURTHS GURANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place where the worker originally departed to work, except, where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
