| Job Duties: | Dust furniture, equipment, partitions and walls, etc. Clean and disinfect room, hallway, lobby, lounges, restroom, corridor, stairway, locker room, kitchenette and other work areas so that health standards are met. Replenish supplies in break rooms, restrooms and kitchenette. Sweep, vacuum and mop and/or scrub floors, rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners, mops, broom and shampooers. Empty trash can and recyclables into disposal areas. Observe precautions required and identify safety and maintenance procedures and communicate them to the client or supervisor. Comply with all safety procedures and policies relating to the performance of tasks, proper usage of cleaning products and supplies. Do other related duties as may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be physically fit to lift and carry minimum of 40 lbs. to shoulder level. Must be able to communicate, write and understand the English language.
