| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of semi-skilled works in maintenance and repair of machines, air conditioning and heating systems, mechanical equipment and building repair and maintenance. Works may include to build partitions, plastering and dry wall repair, repair/replace/paint roof, ceiling, windows, door hardware, install tiles, repair plumbing fixture, maintenance of air conditioning units and other equipment. Duties may also include welding works, repair of electrical and mechanical equipment. Do other related duties as may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Knowledge of multi craft skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding and painting. 2. Knowledge of materials needed for the task. 3. Knowledge of tools and it's usage needed for the task. 4. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs to shoulder level. 5. Must be able to understand and communicate in the English language both oral and written. 6. A minimum of 12 months experience is required. |
