| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of semi-skilled work in repair and maintenance of building, wooden structures, machinery and equipment such as air-conditioning and heating systems, small electrical and mechanical equipment. Works may include to build and dismantle partitions, plastering, carpentry and dry wall repair, repair or replace ceiling, roof, windows and door hardware. Repair plumbing and piping system. DO other related duties as may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Knowledge of multi-craft skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding and painting. 2. Knowledge of materials and supplies needed for the repair/maintenance. 3. Knowledge of tools and usage to perform the task. 4. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs to shoulder level. 5. A minimum of 12 months experience is required. |
