| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of semi-skilled work in building repair and maintenance, machine repair and maintenance of air-conditioning and heating systems. Works may include to build partitions, plastering and dry wall repair, repair or replace roof, ceiling, windows and door hardware, shade blinds, install floor tiles, repair plumbing and piping. Duties may also include repair/maintenance of aircon units and other small electrical/mechanical machinery and equipment. Do other related duties as may be assigned. |

A minimum of 12 months experience is required. |
