| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of semi-skilled work in building repair and maintenance, machine repair and maintenance and airconditioning and heating systems. Works may include to build partitions, plastering and dry wall repair, repair or replace roof, ceiling windows and door hardware, shade blinds, install floor tiles, repair plumbing and piping. Duties may also include repair/maintenance or aircon units and other small electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment. Do other related duties as may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Knowledge of multi craft skills in carpentry, airconditioning, plumbing, electrical, welding and painting. 2. A minimum of 12 months continued experience is required. |
