| Job Duties: | Ensure that all guests are served to the hotels standard in Restaurant/Bar/Lounge areas. Takes orders for, serves food & beverages to guests as per the hotel standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. Greet guests and presents them with the menu. Inform Guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any. Suggest food and beverages to the guests and also try to upsell. Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, retuning the change. Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor. Filling in for the absent staff as needed. Be able to use the POS system and make sure to enter special requirements made by the guests. Communicate with the guests and provide assistance with the queries. Promptly respond to guests with any additional requests. Understands and can communicates the products and services available at the hotel. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently. |
