Job Title:	Sales Route Driver
Job Duties:	This position includes increasing customer base of existing route along with recommending strategies to increase sales for existing customers, merchandising products in stores, and managing route inventory. Responsible in the sales and delivery of company products at designated assigned routes and territory. Distribute drinking water to the stores, restaurants, residential and hotel including ice deliver (restaurant only). Receives and collects payments from customers of designated territory. Load and unloads bottled water products to delivery vehicles. Performs routine maintenance of assigned delivery vehicles. Makes daily report and reconciles collected payments with delivery receipt for management review. Other tasks related.

Qualification Requirements:	Must have Valid Driver's License with no more than 12 months of related work experience. Must also be presentable and has good communication skills (speech clarity & active listening) to ensure that customer and driver understands each other. Reliable person that can operate /drive Delivery Trucks or Tanker Trucks (standard/automatic type of trucks) to distribute drinking water to stores, restaurants, residential and hotel, including ice deliveries (restaurants only). Ability to deliver bulk water overnight. Must be able to understand weekly schedule. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Comments:	S.T.A.R. MARIANAS, INC. dba S.T.a.R. WATER is looking for three (3) Sales Route Driver (Driver/Sales Worker) position in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Work will be performed only at S.T.a.R. WATER, I-Liyang Street, Beach Road, South Garapan. This is a Full-Time, temporary position and we are looking to fill this job opening for employment from 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2023. Terms and Conditions of Employment: Workers will be paid no less than $7.82 per hour. Overtime will be available to the worker and will be paid at a rate of 1.5 times base hourly rate. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week depending on weather conditions. Each working day will be given 5(minimum) to 8 (maximum) regular hours depending on the weekly schedule. Work on weekends maybe required. The frequency with which the workers will be paid is Bi-Weekly through check. All taxes applicable by law will be deducted to paycheck. Daily transportation to and from the workplace will not be provided. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned will be provided to workers without charge. Board, lodging, or other facilities will not be offered to workers. If the workers complete 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the workers transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay the workers reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported as workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment will be equal to the most economical and reasonable carrier for the distance involved. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equals to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.Interested applicant(s) must comply with the duration of the opening and closing date of the job vacancy announcements with the position(s) being announced.
