| Job Duties: | Perform maintenance of cleanliness outside and inside of establishment premises such as but not limited to dusting, mopping, trash removal and other work-related duties. Maintain outdoor landscaping such as garden and yard upkeep-including but not limited to adding fertilizer to plants, trimming, weeding, mowing of lawn, trash collecting and improving of ornamental arrangements. Perform necessary fixes such as but not limited to repairing of broken locks, minor electrical repair and damage to walls with minor painting and plastering, etc. |
