Job Title: Elementary School Teacher
Job Duties: Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students for whom they are responsible. Adapt teaching methods and instrumental materials to meet student’s need and interests. Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program instruction, demonstration and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question and investigate. Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children progress. Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate student’s progress. Use computers. Audio-visual aids, and other equipment and materials for presentations. Maintain accurate and complete student’s records as required by laws, district policies and administrative regulations. Provide disabled students with assistive devices, supportive technology, and assistance accessing facilities, such as restrooms.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: 12 months of experience in teaching, Bachelor's degree. Passionate about working with young minds. Able to engage students in learning. Able to implement school procedures and managing classrooms with diverse students and different learning abilities. Knowledgeable about progress indicators. Able to work collaboratively and flexibility with others. Can adapt lessons. Ready to make learning fun.
