| Job Duties: | Clean establishment floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners or sponges. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Gather and empty trash. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Notify Manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure the hazards are not created. Make adjustments or minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, or electrical systems. |

| Qualification Requirements: | MUST HAVE AT LEAST 12 MONTHS PRIOR EXPERIENCE. MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM ROUTINE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. KNOWLEDGE IN REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS INCLUDING MINOR CARPENTRY AND PLUMBING. MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM HEAVY CLEANING DUTIES. WILLING TO WORK ON FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE INCLUDING WEEKENDS, NIGHTS AND HOLIDAYS. ALL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS APPLY EQUALLY TO BOTH U.S. AND CW-1 WORKERS. |
