| Fringe Benefits: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This jobopportunity is for a temporary, full-time position,commencing on October 1, 2022 to September 30,2023 2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired underthis announcement will work on full timeemployment at least 40 hours per week. 3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offeredemployment for a total number of work hours equalto at least three fourths of the workdays of the totalperiod that begins with the first workday after thearrival of the worker at the place of employment orthe advertised contractual first date of need,whichever is later, and ends on the expiration datespecified in the work contract or in its extensions, ifany. 4) INBOUND/OUTBOUNDTRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. Upon completion of the work contract, or where theworker is dismissed earlier, the employer willprovide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work,except where the worker will not return due tosubsequent employment with another employer orwhere the employer has appropriately reported aworker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. 5)PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES ANDEQUIPMENT.
