Job Title: Operation Services Worker
Job Duties: Clean and maintains the establishment's premises. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. Service, clean, and supply offices, conference rooms, hotel/guest rooms, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, recreation areas, lawn, and grounds; gather and empty trash. Clean floors/carpets by sweeping, mopping, polishing, stripping, brushing, vacuuming, scrubbing, using proper equipment and cleaning materials or chemicals; clean windows and doors, handrails, and change beddings, do laundry, etc. Do all related duties as needed or assigned from time to time
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: High School graduate. At least 3-months of work-related experience. Must be able to multi-task to any work assigned duties. Must possess good communication and listening skills, and has a sense of responsibility and urgency. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Must be physically fit to be able to handle strenuous activities. All applicants must attached resume, copy of diploma, education certificates, employment certification, and other related documents. Background checks, and drug testing may be required during or prior to employment for all applicants. Must have own transportation to & from work. The work schedule for this position includes split shifts and each beneficiary shall have different days off, each 1-day off per week.
