| Job Duties: | Overall in-charge on the accounting and administrative operation of the company. Report to the management regarding the finances of the company. Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial report to assess accuracy, completeness and in conformity to reporting and procedural US GAAP standards. Analyze business operations, trends, cost, revenue, financial commitments, and obligation to project future revenues and expenses. Compute the taxes owed and prepare tax returns such as CNMI business gross revenue tax, CNMI Quarterly Withholding, Employer's Quartery Federal Tax Return (941-SS) and Corporate Income Tax Return (1120-CM) , ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other requirements. |
