Job Duties: | CUT, TRIM, OR PREPARE CONSUMER-SIZED PORTIONS OF MEAT FOR USE OR SALE IN RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS. WRAP, WEIGH, LABEL AND PRICE CUTS OF MEAT. PREPARE AND PLACE MEAT CUTS AND PRODUCTS IN DISPLAY COUNTER, SO THEY WILL APPEAR ATTRACTIVE AND CATCH THE SHOPPER'S EYE. PREPARE SPECIAL CUTS OF MEAT ORDERED BY CUSTOMERS. CUT, TRIM, BONE, TIE, AND GRIND MEATS, SUCH AS BEEF, PORK, POULTRY, AND FISH, TO PREPARE MEAT IN COOKING FORM. RECEIVE, INSPECT, AND STORE MEAT UPON DELIVERY, TO ENSURE MEAT QUALITY. SHAPE, LACE, AND TIE ROASTS, USING BONING KNIFE, SKEWER, AND TWINE. ESTIMATE REQUIREMENTS AND ORDER OR REQUISITION MEAT SUPPLIES TO MAINTAIN INVENTORIES. SUPERVISE OTHER BUTCHERS OR MEAT CUTTERS. RECORD QUANTITY OF MEAT RECEIVED AND ISSUED TO COOKS AND/OR KEEP RECORDS OF MEAT SALES. NEGOTIATE WITH REPRESENTATIVES FROM SUPPLY COMPANIES TO DETERMINE ORDER DETAILS. CUTS, TRIMS, BONES, TIES & GRINDS MEATS USING BUTCHERS CUTLERY AND POWERED EQUIPMENT SUCH AS ELECTRIC GRINDER & BAND SAW TO PORTION AND PREPARE MEAT IN COOKING FORM FOR RETAIL & WHOLESALE SALES. RECEIVE, INSPECT & STORE MEAT UPON DELIVERY TO ENSURE MEAT QUALITY. RECORD QUANTITY OF MEAT RECEIVED AND ISSUED AND/OR KEEP RECORDS OF MEAT SALES. PREPARE & PLACE MEAT CUTS AND PRODUCTS IN DISPLAY COUNTER SO THEY WILL APPEAR ATTRACTIVE AND CATCH THE SHOPPERS EYE. PREPARE SPECIAL CUTS OF MEAT ORDERED BY CUSTOMERS. Ability to work independently. have at least continuous 3 months of experience at store as butcher. |

Fringe Benefits: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This jobopportunity is for a temporary, full-timeposition,commencing on October 1, 2022 toSeptember 30,2023 2) WORK HOURS. Employeeshired under this announcement will work on full timeemployment at least 40 hours per week. 3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offeredemployment for a total number of work hours equals atleast three fourths of the workdays of the total periodthat begins with the first workday after the arrival of theworker at the place of employment or the advertisedcontractual first date of need,whichever is later, andends on the expiration date specified in the workcontract or in its extensions, if any. 4)INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION ANDSUBSISTENCE. Upon Completion of the workcontract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, theemployer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonablecosts of return transportation and subsistence backhome or to the place the worker originally departed towork,except where the worker will not return due tosubsequent employment with another employer orwhere the employer has appropriately reported aworker's voluntary abandonment of employment.5)PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES ANDEQUIPMENT.
