| Job Duties: | Supervise daily cafeteria operation which includes being the head cashier, making sure that the contractual obligations and standards are being met. Supervisor will also be the HACCP head of the service location. Monitor performances of service staff and coordination with the school administration, staff teacher and parents. The supervisor will also be in charge of inventory and supplies requisition, see to it that maintenance of cafeteria and surroundings is clean and sanitized condition at all times. Ensure that the food is of the highest quality possible, and that food is stored in a safe and sanitary manner. Answer student and teacher complaints. Report any shortages to the person in charge of ordering or in some cases, requisition them yourself. |
