| Job Duties: | Prepare & cook larger quantities of food for institutions, such as schools or cafeterias. Clean, cut & cook meat, fish or poultry. Cook food items according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions or numbers of portions to be saved. Clean & inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances and work areas to ensure cleanliness & functional operation. Direct activities of one or more workers who assists in preparing meals. Take inventory of food supplies & equipment. Monitor menus and spending to ensure that meals are prepared economically. Inspect facilities, equipment or supplies to ensure conformance to standards. Determine meal prices based on calculations of ingredient prices. Plan menus that are varied nutritionally balanced & appetizing, taking advantage of foods in season & local availability. Train food preparation of food services personnel. Prepares requisition of food supplies, kitchen equipment & appliances based on estimates of future needs. May perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have 12 months experience as a Cook. Preferably with job related skills & experience in cooking large quantities & big batches of food for serving. Must be knowledgeable with regards to standard food safety requirement when it comes to handling, preparation & cooking of food & menu. Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs. & can work on a flexible or an early morning shift. Will consider foreign equivalent of High School Diploma or GED. |

| Comments: | Anticipated schedule of work hours 2AM TO 9AM Monday to Friday. Workers are offered employment for a total number of hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total periods the begins with first workday of employment up to the expiration of the contract. Workers will be provided transportation & subsistence while traveling from worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportion & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of job opportunity.
