| Job Duties: | Install, service and repair of Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation Systems. Perform repair and trouble analysis of electronic and electro-mechanical control systems. Perform electrical trouble-shooting for air-conditioning and refrigeration units. Analyze test data and prepares report for evaluation. Install system in customer premises and test operational performance compliance with contract specifications and applicable codes. Install and test automatic, programmable or wireless thermostats in residential or commercial buildings to minimize energy usage for cooling. Adjust system control to setting recommended by manufacturer to balance system. Work location is within CNMI (Saipan, Tinian and Rota), everyday to and from customer's location. |
