| Job Duties: | Use hand tools or power tools to maintain and repair private property grounds and buildings, including carpentry and plumbing. Keep the premises of private buildings, apartment yards (including yards), and other commercial or institutional buildings clean and orderly. Perform heavy maintenance work, air-conditioning, doors and windows, water and electricity, and drains. Inform the owner about the need for major repairs or additions to the building's operating system. Responsibilities also include leasing, installing, debugging, and maintaining items in company-owned apartments. |

| Fringe Benefits: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least 40 hours perweek. 3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offeredemployment for a total number of work hours equal to at least threefourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the firstworkday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment orthe advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, andends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in itsextensions, if any. 4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION ANDSUBSISTENCE. Upon completion of the work contract, or where theworker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay forworker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistenceback home or to the place the worker originally departed to work,except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employmentwith another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. 5)PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.
