Plan work procedure using chart technical manual and malfunction. Raises vehicles using hydraulic jack or hoist. To gain access to mechanical unit. Bolted to underside of vehicle. Remove unit such as engine. transmission or differential using wrench and hoist. Can overhaul both vehivle engine assembly and automatic and standard transmission. Must be specialist in engine problem diagnosis using manual and computer. Other related duties that may be arise. |
