| Job Duties: | Keep premises of office building in clean and orderly condition. Clean and arrange offices of the building. Monitor the cleanliness of the following rooms such as waiting area, exam room, diagnostic equipment room, laboratory room for manufacturing the eye glasses. Keep rest room clean always, supply restroom, gather and empty trash. Cleans floor by sweeping, mopping using detergent and other cleaning materials to keep surrounding clean and tidy, scrubbing or vacuuming them, strip, seal, finish and polish floors. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Cleans windows, glass partition and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
