Job Duties: Serves meals to customers in compliance with prescribed rules of etiquette for the dining. Prepares tables and side tables for meals. Set tables. Ensure cleanliness of linens, silverware,glassware and dishes. Greets guests and seats them at tables. Presents menu to guest and suggests dinner coursed and appropriate wines, answers questions regarding food preparation. Write customers orders on checks or memorize them. Relay customers order to the kitchen, and perform other related duties as assigned.
