Job Duties: | 1.) Handle pre-arrange package tours & activities surrounding in-bound tours, have the ability to carry out activities numerated in the package tour. 2.) Prepares reports on tour activities, correspond with tour activities. 3.) Correspond with tour operators in Korea. 4.) Prepare exit & arrival schedules. 5.) Formulate, organize and execute an attractive and competitive tour package to be sold to Korean tourists, who are based in Korea. 6.) Confirms reservations, arranges sales of optional tours or services. 7.) Assist in selling of optional tours, assist customers on daily basis in explaining all the optional tours and rental items available and perform other duties as assigned or as required. 8.) Explain the different optional tours available on the island. 9.) Explain and inform tourist customers about the different historic tourist spots on the island to give each customer knowledge about the islands history and its significance to the people of Saipan. |

Qualification Requirements: | • Two years related experience in Tour/ Travel Industry. • Must be able to speak, read and write the Korean language for better communication with the tourist customers. • Computer skill required ( Microsoft-Office-Excel/Word) • At least High school Graduate. • Traffic and Police clearance required- Applied Equally to US and CW-1 Workers. • Holders of Tour Guide Certificate from MVA/NMC Preferred- Applied Equally to US and CW-1 Workers • Must possess a valid CNMI Driver’s License- Applied Equally to US and CW-1 Workers • Must be willing to work with flexible schedule. • Previous work experience required- Applied Equally to US and CW-1 Workers |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position starting on October 1, 2022 and ending on September 30, 2023. Workdays will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the Employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the Employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workers originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the Employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. At the worker's option, the Employer will assist the worker in securing housing. The worker is responsible for paying for the cost of the housing.
