Job Title: | GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE |
Job Duties: | Perform work to keep electrical, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Use tools and power tools such as hammers, hoist, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; boiler making; insulating; welding; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Perform routine maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate |

Qualification Requirements: | Must work without any supervision. Need two years(24 months) of job experience as General Building Maintenance. Must be able to read blue prints and engineering plumbing, structural and electrical layouts. Demonstrated skills with HVAC maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, concrete, carpentry, machine maintenance and repair. Must have knowledge of working a drain or pipe cleaning equipment, and pipe. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. |

Comments: | This Job Opportunity for TWO (2) General Building Maintenance is a temporary, full time position with start date of October 01, 2022 to September 30,2023.The work schedule will be Monday to Saturday, from 8:00AM to 3:00PM. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. |
