| Job Duties: | Fix & maintain kitchen machinery, equipment & facility. Paint, repair flooring, work on plumbing, electrical, HVAC Systems. Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting kitchen equipment & tools used for operations, inspecting facilities & building structures or other preventive maintenance actions to determine when & what kind of maintenance is need using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices. Troubleshoot & determine causes of operating errors & diagnosing problems & determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manual, or parts catalogs as necessary. Escalate work that require expertise of an electrician, carpenter, HVAC mechanic, plumber or other licensed tradesperson. Assemble, install, repair, fix or replace faulty wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery or equipment. Work with vendors/suppliers to estimate costs to repair machinery, equipment or building structures. Order parts, supplies or equipment from catalogs or suppliers. Keep detailed record of type & cost of maintenance or repair work. |

| Comments: | Anticipated schedule of work hours is from 8am to 3pm from Monday to Friday. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with first workday of employment up to the expiration of the contact. Workers will be provided transportation & subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of job opportunity.
