Job Title: ACCOUNTANT
Job Duties: Analyzes financial information and prepares financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit & loss, tax liability or other financial activities of the company. Develops, maintains, modifies and documents record keeping and accounting systems. Develops, maintains & analyzes budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs & actual costs. Prepares, examines or analyzes accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Reviews accounts for discrepancies and reconcile discrepancies. Analyzes business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments & obligations to project future revenues & expenses to provide advice to management.

Qualification Requirements: An Associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Accounting Certification (Associates Equivalent) from Non-US Certifying Body is acceptable Should have at least 48 months of experience as an Accountant Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices Can operate Accounting software - Peach Tree, Quick Books Knows how to operate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Can work independently with minimal supervision

Sablan EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job is for FULL TIME position WORK HOURS & DAYS: Employees hired under this announcement will work full time employment with forty (40) hours per week. with Work Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Work Days Monday to Friday PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, TRAVEL REQUIREMENT AND WHERE APPLICANTS WILL RESIDE: The place of employment is on First Floor Sablan Building No.1 Gualo Rai Road, Gualo Rai, Saipan. There is no travel requirement for the worker. The worker should reside in Saipan to perform the job during the employment period. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all the inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border processing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees) DAILY TRANSPORTATION: The employer will not provide daily transportation. PROVISION FOR TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: The Employer will provide workers at no charge of all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. HOUSING: The Employer will not provide housing during the employment. MEAL: The Employer will not provide meals during the employment. ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING: No on-the-job-training is provided by the Employer.
