Job Title: GENERAL MANAGER
Job Duties: Review monthly financial statements, sales and marketing activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Direct administrative activities which directly related to provide services. Direct monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize return on investment, or increase efficiency. Direct establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. Direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other department managers. Direct manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations. Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. Direct non-merchandising departments of businesses, and direct perform personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation. Responsible to have conference, report or meet with the Board of Directors and the Headquarters (in China) regarding the over-all operation of the company. Administer the operation and activities of all departments of the company. Communicate regularly with the Stockholders, Board of Directors and the Headquarters (in China) directly in order to carry out instructions efficiently and economically. Responsible to have conference and communicate with all investors and suppliers from different countries, such as from US, Singapore, Korea, China and so on. Resolve internal employees conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those employees involved.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: At least a four (4) years bachelors degree. At least Four (4) years of managerial experience in medium to large-sized construction or building materials / hardware or related industry as a Manager in general managing company daily operations. Knowledge and experience of business and management principles involving strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources and have a strong decision making capability. Knowledge and experience of personnel recruitment, selection, training, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Relative knowledge of accounting and statistics. Understand, speak and write both in English and Chinese fluently. Understanding Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese and communicate well with prospective Chinese investors and other foreign nationality as well with the islanders. Ability and good presentation skills to use both oral English and Chinese to present or report to the local government departments and Headquarters (in China). Overseas working experience is preferred. Knowledge of the overseas market, have a profound understanding of the industry development is preferred. Have the ability to expand overseas markets and the acumen to explore new business markets. Knowledge and experience of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Good computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and Power point. General and sensitive feeling of market and economy, quickly and timely reaction for development opportunity

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
